Here are a few helpful hints that will hopefully help make your Emergency Service Call pleasurable and efficient.
1.  Where is your vehicle located?  Try to have the full address ready for the dispatcher.
2.  If possible have all the details of the car.  The year, make, color and license plate.
3.  Where are the keys for the vehicle?  If possible have them with the car
      (in some cases its cheaper)

4.  Have the destination address ready.
